1 (Q) Does The Mortgage Depot lend in any other state other than Florida ?
(A) No, we are currently licensed in the entire state of Florida only
2) (Q)Do you lend on mobile homes
(A) Yes, we have mobile home loans, the home would have to be a double wide newer than 1976 WITH land included
3) (Q) I live in another county other than where The Mortgage Depot is located, how does that process work ?
(A) That is not an issue. A large number of our loans are made in counties other than Brevard. The mortgage process is so automated that it doesn't matter anymore where the applicants are located
